WHO RUNS STREAM EZ?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY HASHTAG AND/OR PIN?

CAN I CONVERT MY BASIC MEMBERSHIP TO PRO?

Yes! When you go to buy a pro membership: if your email is in the system as having a basic membership, we will charge you a fee to upgrade during the Pro subscription checkout process. Here is the pricing table for converting your membership: 1-Year Pass Pro upgrade pricing: 1-6 months left on your basic subscription: $20 7-12 months left on your basic subscription: $40 7-day Pass Pro upgrade pricing: 1-7 days left: $10 It is important to note that your subscription time will not be extended and will have the same expiry date as the original subscription you bought. To start a full Pro subscription period before your current Basic subscription runs out, please contact support.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

There are no refunds, however you may postpone your subscription and use it another time or transfer it to anyone you like as long as your subscription has not started yet. Please contact support to do this or for any questions.

WHAT IF I TRANSFER MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER IT STARTS?

If you want to transfer your subscription, do so before the subscription date begins. Subscription transfers after a subscription begins is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your access of any Stream EZ products and services at any time.

CAN I COVER PARTS OF THE STREAM OVERLAY WITH MY OWN OBS SOURCES?

Yes, just not the Stream EZ logos and Stream EZ bottom scrolling text. Covering or hiding the Stream EZ logo and bottom scrolling ticker text branding is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your access to Stream EZ products and services at any time. Covering any other parts of your stream overlay is fine and creativity is encouraged to make the best stream you can have.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE QR CODE?

The QR code links to streamez.net on all our subscriptions except for Pro. With a Pro subscription this QR code will link to a profile page for your lan with its own unique URL you can share with anyone you like. This page will have your LAN name, date, time, location (optional), attendees and twitch channel embedded in an iFrame. *Coming soon
